  • Jason Cruzan, LMP
    Our head of Massage Therapy, Jason Cruzan has been practicing for over 11 years at WellnessOne. A native Washingtonian, he grew up in the small town of Graham just outside of Puyallup, and graduated from Ashmead College in 2005, with honors for attendance and academic excellence.

    Jason’s goal is to provide the highest quality of treatment to each patient. He can tackle any condition, and in his years as a massage therapist has treated everything from chronic fatigue and stress to acute pain. He prides himself on being able to customize treatment plans based on the individual needs of each patient. Whether you are experiencing back pain due to pregnancy, a sore shoulder from playing softball, numbness in your hands from hours at the computer, or a sore neck from an unforeseen auto accident, he can help!

    In his free time, Jason enjoys bicycling, camping, and hiking – if it’s outdoors, he’s there! He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football, trying new foods, and meeting new people.

    Jason strongly believes that massage therapy can compliment any health care routine, and looks forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.

  • Elizabeth Kempkes, LMP
    Elizabeth is an anatomy and physiology nerd who graduated from Renton Technical College in 2010, and is currently a guest instructor and substitute teacher for their Massage Therapy program.

    Injury treatment massage is Elizabeth's favorite modality. She specializes in detailed neck massage to relieve pain and headaches and thorough treatment work for lower back pain and tension. Puzzling out a complicated injury or creating a restful and restorative atmosphere for relaxation are two ways in which Elizabeth enjoys supporting her clients as they reach their health goals.

    In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, belly dance, singing, and attempting to learn both contact juggling and the ukulele. She grew up in the Renton area and currently resides in Kent with her fiancé, Steve, and a tiny parrot named Sadie.

  • Christina Langdon, LMP
    A recent honors graduate of Renton Technical College's massage program, Christina's focus is on helping her clients through their healing process. She enjoys helping clients learn how their muscles work, and what types of methods can be used at home in order to get the most effect possible.

    Christina's specialty is medical massage for the treatment of injuries. She uses a wide variety of techniques, such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, reflexology, and acupressure in order to alleviate pain and soreness and provide relief.

    Christina enjoys cooking, and much of her free time is taken up in caring for her three sons.

  • Nancy O’Neill, LMP
    Nancy is a recent graduate of the Renton Technical College with significant massage therapy experience. She has enriched her education with elective classes to learn about Eastern approaches, including meridian pressure points, cupping, tongue and pulse assessment, and vibration therapy using a tuning fork.

    Her newest skill is Ashiatsu Bar Therapy. In this massage, Nancy uses her feet to massage with deep, gliding, broad strokes, with compressions, stretching, rolling, and effleurage movements. This massage offers great results and allows the patient to feel both relaxed and energized, and is very effective on chronic symptoms.

    When not at work, Nancy enjoys dancing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
